Austin-based rockers, Quiet Company brought some much needed energy to a cold Saturday night in Deep Ellum on February 28. But this wasn’t just any gig, it was a celebration of the release of their latest record, Transgressor.
It’s their fourth full-length album and was recorded in only fourteen days. The sounds are intense and the lyrics are raw, true to the band’s style. No fan will be disappointed when listening to Transgressor.
Speaking of fans, Club Dada was packed on the night of their show. And I had a front row view of all the raucous action.
From the start of their set when the band was snapping pics of the crowd, to the moment when lead singer Taylor Muse rocked so hard that his guitar strap broke off, to the end where everyone was singing along, and everything in between- this band just kills it. If you have the opportunity, never miss seeing these guys live.
You can order a vinyl or CD copy of Transgressor on Quiet Company’s website. My favorite song on the album right now? Mother of a Deal. Check it out!
